Mud Hen Water in Honolulu, Ed Kenney’s newest restaurant in Kaimuki

We loved the food and the vibe, great also is bar seating and outdoor seating. Congratulations!

Cold Ginger Rabbit Terrine – ginger, green onions, pistachio, puffed rice


Yaki o Pa’i ‘ai – (Poi) shoyu sugar, nori, sesame. You fold it up to eat. So delicious.

Cassava – fermented black bean, sour orange

Grilled He’e – lu’au, inamona dukkah

Multi-Grain Risotto – oxtail, boiled peanuts, chung choy, Chinese parsley

L’a Lawalu – monchong buried in coals, steamed green banana, veggies, coconut cream

Smoked Meat Carbonara (pork shoulder) – bucatini, sugar snaps, pea shoots, parmigiana.
