As the publisher of edible Hawaiian Islands magazine for seven years, it was easy to have an excuse for the large cookbook collection I seem to have on my shelves. But it doesn’t end there, I love to read, so as well there are books about the food industry, sustainability, farming, fishing, bee keeping and much more.
