Chicken Club with Maple Glazed Bacon – avocado, tomato, organic baby greens, peppercorn aioli, toasted country bread.
We are off to Whistler, I’ve never been, so I’m excited about it.

Yaki o Pa’i ‘ai – (Poi) shoyu sugar, nori, sesame. You fold it up to eat. So delicious.
Cassava – fermented black bean, sour orange
Grilled He’e – lu’au, inamona dukkah
Multi-Grain Risotto – oxtail, boiled peanuts, chung choy, Chinese parsley
L’a Lawalu – monchong buried in coals, steamed green banana, veggies, coconut cream
Smoked Meat Carbonara (pork shoulder) – bucatini, sugar snaps, pea shoots, parmigiana.
